the concept 

A restaurant pop-up, featuring elevated street food from around the globe, headed by chef Kwasi Kwaa and friends, which takes its name and inspiration from the tiny roadside restaurants of his Ghanaian childhood.

Food has a language of its own. Food tells a story and the history of people. Food connects people across the miles with their own stories when they have been separated. The Chop Bar explores this connection through comfort food from around the world in an experimental menu.
